Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of order placement.
Lay-Away plans and Payment Plans are available. Please contact for details on either plan.
E-Checks and Regular Checks by mail are accepted. Item(s) will not ship unless payment has cleared if paying by check. This process can take up to 10-14 business days. Customers paying with E-Check or by regular check will be kept informed on the status of their payment clearing and when their item has been shipped.
Shipping
All items will ship once payment(s) have cleared, and within specified timeline of the item listing. If ordering on a Friday, an item will not ship until Tuesday due to the process for the payment to clear. Please note that shipping can be delayed by a day or two due to a weekend or Holiday.
All custom orders will ship upon agreed time frame.
All items will ship with a tracking number. Angel Rose Designs cannot be held accountable for any lost items.
United States Buyers: Items will ship via USPS First Class mail. Upgrades to Priority Mail or Express Mail can be requested at an additional cost.
International Buyers: Items will ship via Priority Mail or Registered Mail.
A tracking number will be sent to you.

Due to the uniqueness of each item; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A 30-day limited warranty is offered on all Jewelry items. Please see the additional information section for more details on the limited warranty, and extended warranty options.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Jewelry Warranty Information:
Should an item break within 30 days of receiving it, please send it back for a free repair! This Warranty is limited and does not cover damaged glass, metal beads, crystals, and/or tarnished or discolored wire.
Customers are required to cover shipping of an item back to Designs by Angel Rose. No reimbursement will be given on costs to ship the item back for repair. Designs by Angel Rose will cover the shipping costs after the repair is finished.
An extended warranty plan is available at an additional cost. Extended warranties can be purchased in time increments of 60 days or 90 days. Extended warranties will not cover damaged glass, metal beads, crystals, and/or tarnished or discolored wire.
A damaged item that is not covered in the warranty or extended warranty can be requested to be replaced at an additional cost as long as the item is available, or can be ordered. Please remember that no two pieces are alike, and may vary upon replacement of the item.
Custom Orders:
Half will be paid upfront and the other half to be upon completion. The first half is none refundable if the customer decides they don't want the item. Please inquire with a custom order request with details in regards to your order. This includes (but is not limited to):
-What the item requested is (pendant, necklace, earrings, et cetera).
-What sizes the item should be in inches where applicable.
-What color(s) to include, any specifics to include (beads et cetera).
-What the materials to be used are (wire, weaving, chain, et cetera).
-A rough estimate of when the item is needed.
- Designs by Angel Rose will try to accommodate all requests within a timely fashion. Follow up and any questions about a custom order will be done in the order received. Please be patient. Prices of custom orders will vary depending on design, bead, etc.
Other Information:
- Designs by Angel Rose reserves the right to refuse any sale, and/or to cancel any item(s) at any time to any customer; with or without cause or notification to customer(s).
- Designs by Angel Rose reserves the right to change and/or update any document, listing, pricing, item, and all information pertaining to Designs by Angel Rose without notification to anyone at anytime.
